The National Center on Dispute Resolution, encourages the use of mediation and other collaborative strategies to resolve disagreements about special education and early intervention programs. This website makes available a number of resources for this purpose.

This is one of the most comprehensive sites with lots of links and search engines to help you find various legal info. You can link to various courts from which you can access decisions (the U.S. Supreme Court and the Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals). You can download case opinions through each of the various sites. You can even link to law journals on the web. Maybe you can find something to critique - hint, hint.

The home page of the The National School Boards Association (NSBA). Through its "advocacy" section it provides information on bills pending in Congress, summaries of any new laws and their implications for schools. It also has links to the Council of School Attorneys (COSA) and their publications.

You can access publications lists, check on new government initiatives and get copies of new bills and statutes.

Like the next site listed, this is a site where you can download Wisconsin case law (actually it also has links to federal sites, too). It is a bit more cumbersome since it doesn't have a search engine. On the other hand, you can get the cases in WordPerfect format which may be easier for you to download and print.
