Presentations
Fantasy Writing Workshops. Introduction to and practice with the fundamental aspects of writing fantasy stories. Target audience: the older, the better.
Creating Fantasy characters and worlds. A shorter version of the above, stressing group work. Target audience: the older, the better.
Becoming a Fantasy Writer. Lecture/discussion. Target audience: the older, the better.
Fees
Varies. Usual minimum is $250, depending on the length of the program and/or the number of times it must be repeated with different classes, plus travel expenses including lodging if overnight(s) are required. Week-long intensive workshops (limited enrollment) are also available.
Additional Comments
I have a MA and a Phd in English Literature and have been writing fantasy professionally since 1976. My work is YA to adult, and rather dark.
