Charlotte Zolotow Award Seals

The Charlotte Zolotow Award, administered by the CCBC, is given annually for outstanding writing in a picture book for young children. Charlotte Zolotow Award seals are available from the Friends of the CCBC for Zolotow award winners (gold) and honor books(silver).

The pressure-sensitive seals are based on the bronze Charlotte Zolotow Award Medal designed by Philip Hamilton of the UW-Madison Art Department and incorporating the original design for the Charlotte Zolotow imprint created by Harriett Barton of HarperCollins Children’s Books.
