
A native Wisconsinite, Erika enjoys activities including hiking, reading, cooking, gardening, painting, making and listening to music, meeting new people, and socializing with friends. She is committed to community service and social justice and believes that everyone deserves equal opportunities and equal access. She hopes that each person realizes and reaches their dreams while supporting each other. Previous to working with UW’s Precollege Initiatives, she consulted at the Children’s Trust Fund, was a Legislative Liaison in the Office of the Governor, and the Community Building Coordinator at the United Way of Dane County. Erika lives on the east side of Madison and is a UW-Madison alumnus.
