Technology
Students are expected to have access to computer hardware and software to participate in courses, to conduct research, and to access readings. The minimum requirements are access to the Internet, a web browser, and a program to view readings.
Some web-browsing and document-viewing programs are free, for example, Mozilla Firefox and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Another free program with potential application in the program is Skype, a telephony tool. These programs can be found on the web sites of their developers.
