Students must complete and submit the Doctoral Preliminary Application Form to Maureen (Rm. 321B) at least 4 weeks prior to the exam date. A Minor Agreement Form must also be completed and on file. Forms are available from the front office or in pdf format from the Forms and Resources page of this website. The preliminary examination guidelines are also available in pdf format [Preliminary Examination Policies].

administrations are also available from Maureen.
