While you can complete much of this application online, you will need to forward some items to the appropriate departments through the mail. It is strongly recommended that you send in all mailed items at one time, making sure that the items are in separate envelopes, as indicated.
online at: https://www.gradsch.wisc.edu/eapp/eapp.pl
Submit the Grad School application on-line. Do NOT mail any paper copies of the application materials to the Graduate School. Pay your application fee ($56 non-refundable) via credit card, wire transfer or e-check.

MSPE program tuition is the same as other graduate level courses
in the School of Education. Student fees include access to UW-Madison
library and media resources, and also include the technology fees
associated with the program.
Independent Study (1 credit)
If you are applying for financial aid you may be required to enroll
for a minimum of 4 credits. Because the MSPE courses in Fall and Spring
are 3 credits each you can arrange with your instructor to sign up
for 1 credit of Independent Study so that you meet that requirement.
Ask the Financial Aid office for more information.
Information on financial aid is available through the UW-Madison
Student Financial Services Office: http://www.finaid.wisc.edu/
Students are responsible for purchasing required materials,
such as a book of readings or computer disks, for their courses. Instructors
will make information available to MSPE students upon enrollment.
The fees for summer classes are paid on a per-credit basis.
For example, Summer, 2009, Wisconsin resident MSPE students enrolled
for 6 graduate credits and paid $2506 in tuition. Fees are subject
to change.
Some scholarships may be available. Check with the Department of Educational
Psychology.
Remember that when you are applying to the MSPE program at the University
of Wisconsin you are must apply to BOTH the
