Paula J. Hillmann, PhD
Paula J. Hillmann, PhD is an educational psychologist and child development specialist with a background in K-8 teaching and PK-12 School Administration. She coordinates the MSPE program and has authored several distance learning courses through the UW’s Office of Education Outreach. Dr. Hillmann earned degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Child & Family Studies and Educational Psychology, and is a Wisconsin-licensed Elementary teacher and PK-12 School Administrator. She is a nationally known program facilitator and speaker on topics relating to giftedness, creativity, and talent development across the lifespan.
