School of Education to Host Commencement Celebrations

The School of Education (SoE) will hold two celebrations in honor of its graduates this spring:

SoE Reception and Hooding Ceremony for Ph.D. and M.F.A. Degree Recipients
Friday, May 15, 2009
3:30 to 5:00 p.m.
Nicholas-Johnson Pavilion (adjoining the Kohl Center)
601 W. Dayton Street
All graduates participating in the ceremony must be present by 3:45 p.m. The hooding ceremony begins at 4:00 p.m.
(The University's commencement exercises in the Kohl Center begin at 5:30 p.m.)

Individual invitations will be mailed to all degree candidates in mid-April.  Graduates are required to pre-register for the event by Friday, May 8.  Questions to Judy Holt: 608/265-7875 or jholt@education.wisc.edu

SoE Commencement Breakfast for Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Recipients
Saturday, May 16, 2009
8:15 to 9:30 a.m.
Gordon Commons, Dining Room A-1
717 W. Johnson Street
(The University's commencement exercises in the Kohl Center begin at 10:00 a.m.)
