Faculty & Staff Distinguished Achievement Awards

The School of Education will honor seven outstanding faculty and staff members with Distinguished Achievement Awards at a reception Wednesday, April 28, 2004, at the Virginia F. Harrison Parlor in Lathrop Hall. The reception will begin at 4:00 p.m. The awards program will begin at 4:45 p.m. Reception invitations will be sent to all faculty and staff in early April.

Faculty award recipients are:

Mary Schneider, Department of Kinesiology
Ronald Serlin, Department of Educational Psychology

Academic staff award recipients are:

Karen McShane-Hellenbrand, Dance Program
Christopher Thorn, Wisconsin Center for Education Research

Classified staff award recipients are:

Janet Kuehl, receiving the Claire Shaffer Award, Department of
Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education
Mary Jo Gessler, Department of Educational Policy Studies
Karen O'Connell, Department of Educational Psychology
