AM: Design Your Own World: Architecture
Explore the world of being a professional designer! You’ll work individually and in small groups to create unique works about urban design, landscape design, building design, and interior design. You’ll study models, analyze design challenges, and present design solutions, just like a real design pro!
PM: Think Tank
Join the Tank and get out of the box! Come and collaborate, compete and get creative while using math and logic to solve real world problems. We’ll be drawing, building models, and using a wide range of tools to become top-notch solution sleuths!
Instructor:
Design Your Own World: Architecture
Jim Gersich is the founder of the design firm, Dimension IV - Madison. Jim is a practicing architect and is also licensed as an interior designer and landscape architect. He has received many recognitions and design awards, and has 35 years of experience as an architect, interior designer, and landscape architect.
Think Tank
Amy Clementsis a special education teacher at East High School in Madison. Amy is inspiring and creative, and in addition to her love of art and creativity, she teaches math too. She has been teaching in Education Outreach courses for many years.

Students entering grades 6-9
