Ed-GRS is a community of first generation students and ethnically underrepresented
students who are receiving Advanced Opportunity Fellowship in the School of Education.
In addition to the AOF stipend, tuition, and heath care benefits, the program strives
to assist our fellows with first year transition, community building, and professional
development opportunities.
Ed-GRS is guided by an advisory committee consisting
of staff, faculty, and students. With strong support from the Graduate School and
other graduate scholar communities, the School of Education’s Student Diversity
Programs Office is proud to be home for Ed-GRS and looks forward to developing
a community a program that will meet the need of our scholars from diverse disciplines.
