UW-Madison’s Jacob Stampen is the author of a guest column published by WisPolitics.com that is highly critical of what he calls the “crony capitalists” who control many state governments across the United States, and the federal government as well.

The op-ed is headlined: “Crony capitalist solutions don’t work because they are not knowledge-based.”

Stampen is an emeritus professor with the School of Education’s Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis.
