November 03, 2017
UW-Madison's Liz Sexe will take part in "Luminary (Expanded)," an event in San Francisco that brings together local and international artists for an "unforgettable visual, auditory, and tactile experience."

Sexe is a lecturer with the School of Education’s Dance Department.

Sexe's work is an improvisational score with visual design by Osman Koc, a creative technologist and artist who uses technology as a medium for expression, and improvised music/sound by Timothy Russell and dancers Arletta Anderson, Gerald Castel, Vincent Chavez and Kara Davis.

In "Luminary (Expanded)," different types of artists will meld art, tech and music together for an event that features wearable tech couture, a gallery and percussionists.

"Luminary (Expanded)" will be on Saturday, Nov. 4 from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. at The Midway in San Francisco.
