UW-Madison, in collaboration with the UW System, is conducting a comprehensive two-year review of current job titles (excluding tenure-track faculty titles) and total compensation. This is a unique opportunity as campus has not completed a review like this in 30 years. Like HR Design, thorough and extensive campus engagement is a part of the project plan as we move through the two-year review. The Title and Total Compensation Study (TTC) will result in relevant and market-informed titles, pay scales, and benefits/work-life, and leave structures.
