The report is titled, “Minority Serving Institutions: A Data-Driven Student Landscape in the Outcomes-Based Funding Universe,” and it appears in the University of California-Berkeley’s Review of Education.

Corral is a doctoral student with the School of Education’s Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis. The other co-authors are Marybeth Gasman, Thai-Huy Nguyen and Andrés Castro Samayoa.

The paper highlights the contributions that MSIs make to postsecondary education, specifically related to performance with men of color, teacher education, STEM education and outcome measures within two-year MSIs.
